The Brasserie Du Comte Hener was born in May 2019, after several months of reflection, work, tests and determination, the dream finally becomes reality. With almost 15 years of experience as a brewer at Chouffe and the desire to reconnect with this passion, the machine is launched….. Our first beer, “La Tendue”, is of the “Saison” type, worked more on yeasts than on hops. Golden blonde, refermented in the bottle and with an alcohol content of 7.5%. Fresh and thirst-quenching as desired, it will awaken your taste buds. Packaged in 50 cl, it is ideal for big thirsts or for sharing with friends. From crushing to labeling, production is carried out by us and entirely by hand.
