Centerport residents for over 20 years, Regina is an organic grower, Paul is a brewer who launched the brewery in 2008. We are both cooks and our love of creating flavorful things led us to open our casual little brewery-bistro in 2019.

We source our ingredients for our beer as well as our food as locally and organically as possible. Sometimes we grow it ourselves! Our beer is incorporated in a few of our food recipes. Independently owned and operated, Blind Bat Brewery was established in 2008 as a small part-time operation, we opened our casual Brewery Bistro in 2019. Outdoor seating is available depending on the weather.
