Oak and Grist Distilling Company

Inspired by the traditions of distillation in Scotland and Western North Carolina, the distillery creates small batch artisan spirits that honor the flavors found in this region. We are dedicated to creating a uniquely Appalachian flavor in our spirits and in turn are committed to supporting our local and regional farmers and businesses. Our spirits aim to reward the curious and excite the connoisseur, while fostering a stronger connection between producer, consumer, and place.
