Brewery Den Triest was founded by a passion for the beer in 2009 After having brewed for the first time in 1986 in the brewery ‘T Steedje (Oudenburg) the passion has not passed with the ultimate dream of starting a brewery itself. After first having followed a brewery school with Luc Pauwels in Coovi Anderlecht to freshen up our memory, I went to Ghent college brewery for another year and then made the decision to make use of my passion.
