Founded in 2019 as Anderby Brewing, we added ‘and Distilling’ in 2023. The experimentation and evolution that we apply to our brewing will be applied to distilled spirits. The care and detailed techniques that are shown to our line of lagers and traditional beers will be applied to traditional styles whiskies, bourbons and rums; while the creativity applied to our stouts and hazy IPAs will translate to the use of alternatives aging techniques in our modern whiskies. The creative flavor approach to our Sour Trip and Cat Lady Seltzer lines will drive how we approach gin and our Bad Kitty Vodka. Our distilled spirits, like our beer, will be driven by an intense desire to create something different from the mass produced and rebranded spirits flooding store shelves; some may say we’re CURIOSIOUSLY DIFFERENT.
