Crowned by a fine 1806 Georgian house built by a Revolutionary War Captain and successful grain merchant, Hillrock is proud to be one of the world’s few distilleries that floor malts its own naturally grown grain and hand-crafts fine spirits traditionally in small batches on the estate.
