Established in 1884 and located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Beenleigh Artisan Distillery is the oldest registered continuously working distillery in Australia. Over 130 years later, we’re still making rum the traditional, “boutique” way, operating from our original stone building, and still exclusively sourcing Australia’s finest molasses from the country’s only remaining family-owned sugar mill.
Learn about the distillery’s history and understand how the master distillers craft quality award-winning rums through a tour and tasting experience. The distillery is open to the public from 10am to 5pm Monday and Friday and 10am to 4pm on weekends. Tours run daily except Mondays and Tuesdays.
