“Red Hen Spirits is a family-owned distillery located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. Founded by the Vallelonga brothers, Michael, Daniel, Anthony, and their lifelong friend Luke Page, our story began with a simple goal – to create a spirit that would bring our loved ones together.
Inspired by our grandfathers’ passion for winemaking, we set out to honour the strong family connections we had formed through that. With a focus on using the finest ingredients and traditional botanicals, we created a classic dry gin that quickly gained recognition in the industry.
Today, Red Hen Spirits is a proud recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious title of Australia’s Best Classic Dry at the Australian Gin Awards.
