Its 2015 and we have made it to Kentucky USA, travelling around visiting distilleries. After meeting Jimmy Russell the legend in charge of Wild Turkey and sitting in the tasting room with the ground snow covered and deer running wild, I couldn’t help but dream what if. Fast forward to 2020 covid hits and I’m stuck in hotel quarantine going through the Distillers Institute course.
2022 becomes the start of that dream becoming reality launching our first product. Our aim here, is to provide high quality products while using local products where possible. Why should you choose us? Because we’re just like you. Are we gin drinkers? No, but we make it and bloody enjoy drinking it and it shows in our style. Our gins are made with everyone in mind, we wanted them to be smooth, refreshing and easy drinking. I know I’m bias but believe we nailed it. So come on in and have a look around and don’t be afraid to try something a little different
