McHenry Distillery is Australia’s southern-most distillery.
Located in Tasmaina, the distillery’s location takes advantage of the cool, moist, maritime environment which provides perfect conditions for making whisky. The distillery uses its own abundant clear spring water, which flows off Mount Arthur directly into the distillery, and becomes the heart of the develloping spirit.
