Suter & Sons Distillery is a micro distillery business based in Bellarine Peninsula, south-west of Melbourne, that was just launched just a few years ago. Despite it being a bit new to the industry, they have already won multiple awards; the Champion: Australian Micro Batch Spirit and got Gold and Silver for their Dry Gin and GnTea gin, respectively.
This growing distillery is founded and operated by a former government worker, Matthew Suter, who decided to change careers to chase his passion in creating his own crafts.
Their Dry Gin is characterized as traditional and easy-going with its classic gin flavour, but with a unique kick of the Suter & Sons taste. The GnTea has also earned recognition for its gin and tea mixture. With hibiscus being one of the botanicals of this one-of-a-kind blend, the gin is also eye-catching because of its beautiful pink colour.
The spirits are perfectly crafted and produced in small batches to ensure its high-quality upshot and original flavour that they are confident with from being tremendously recognized by Australian gin enthusiasts.
Aside from gins, Suter is also experimenting and distilling vodkas and soon will be releasing his own whisky line. A percentage of their sales goes to bring back to the community, specifically Mates4Mates, a charity for Australian veterans who were and are currently serving in the Australian Defence Force members.
