From the first try on, it was a lot of fun for us to learn, experimented and surprises. Now Georg Menitz brews industriously as part of the agricultural business. Supported by Bernhard Dragschitz, Helmut Hofstätter and Jürgen Silberknoll, the result is a great deal of barley juice. Step by step, we have touched on the current recipes until they meet our and those of selected tasters high quality standards. With the current five beer styles, we hope to be able to offer something for every taste. Apart from that, the pleasure of experimenting is far from over and we will top our offer again and again with seasonal specialties.
