Returning home from a longer stay abroad, the WOIF found a full apple tree and a fruit press. Never averse to physical pleasures, the apples simply went into the press. In order to make the wonderful juice last longer and make it a little more fun, some yeast was also added to some of it. That was the start.
After a while he also dared to experiment with honey to create a fine honey liqueur, mead. And the fruits from the local orchard were also used for further refinement. From then on, the WOIF also feasted on fine spirits.
Since WOIF grew up in the beer region of Austria and soon came into contact with beer, he is of course a beer lover and enthusiastic beer drinker and craft beer is his true passion. But at some point he was no longer satisfied with the mass-produced, commercial beers; their taste was simply too confusing.
So what was the logical next step: brew your own craft beer from Salzburg!
As befits a wolf, only the finest, natural or seasonal raw materials are used as a starting point, and so it can happen that the quantity of a product produced is small.
