The Ottakringer Brewery is the last large Viennese brewery and at the same time one of the last large independent breweries in Austria. As a medium-sized family business, this independence is particularly important.
By upholding the Austrian art of brewing, the rich variety of beer and of course the Purity Law, Ottakringer does everything in its power to ensure that it stays that way.
