After a few experiments brewing small quantities (20 liters) in a garage on Rue de la Clochette in Saint-Mard, we moved up a gear by brewing 200, then 1000 liters, in the brewery facilities of the region. These years of itinerancy came to a head on July 30, 2016, the date of our first 100% Stabulois brew.
