The TRIA Brewery is an artisan brewery that shares its space with the INFORMAL bar located in Moema, behind Shopping Ibirapuera
Idealized by Master Brewer Frank Skwirut, the brewery reflects its obsession for perfection down to the last detail. The choice of setting up the factory inside a bar and restaurant reflects the commitment to deliver an always fresh beer, straight from the fermentation tanks to the glass.
