We [Rob and Rebekah] founded Roots and Wings Distillery with a vision to handcraft distinct Langley spirits that reflect our passion for using quality homegrown ingredients and traditional distilling methods. Our craft distillery is located on our family farm and home in the community of Fort Langely.
We personally produce all our spirits on the property – from planting, growing, harvesting, mashing and fermenting to distilling. As a small-scale stillhouse, it’s our pleasure to be hands-on with the entire quality process, ensuring we make the best possible craft spirits from our fields to your glass!
