Falcon Brewing Company started operations in 2014, and has been selling Red Falcon Ale, and Laggar Falcon Craft Lager in cans in various Beer Store, LCBO and Grocery Stores throughout Ontario. For a list of where to purchase our tall boy cans click on the “Where to Find” tab.
Our new brewery in Ajax opened in March 2017, and offers 10 beers on tap or for take out. We have a summer patio, new food menu, live music on Friday nights, Food Truck days, and other events planned throughout the year.
We pride ourselves on making the finest handcrafted beers possible. Our brew master David Draper has been brewing beer for over 30 years and is a master at creating delicious and creative new beer recipes, as well as brewing the classic beer styles. We have 20 beer recipes that will rotate throughout the year. David feels is it important to only use natural ingredients in our beers, never using chemicals or artificial adjuncts.
