We chose the location of our distillery for its proximity to incredible ingredients and wonderful people. We’re neighbours to farmers who grow great fruit and botanicals practically in our backyard, making it readily available to us as we need it.
Our first products are made from a base of 100% Niagara wine grapes that would otherwise be thrown on the ground during the annual thinning process. We have them dropped into baskets instead of the ground before we ferment them, then distill. Many of our herbs are either grown by us or by local farmers. Our grain is sourced locally and we have an abundance of fruit everywhere you turn in the Twenty Valley.

We invite you to visit our distillery & sipping room located on the Niagara Wine Route.
Daily tours are available during our summer hours by appointment at both 12pm and 3pm and are limited to 15-20 guests. A modest charge of $5 per person is applied to all daily tours. Reservations are required as space does fill up quickly.
For a tour outside of our daily offerings, we offer a PRIVATE TOUR AND TASTING package at a cost of $30 per person. This includes a private tour and tasting {in the distillers lab} and a $20 voucher towards your purchases in the Sipping Room. Private tours are booked at either 11am or 1pm with very limited availability. Drop us a line for more details or to reserve.
For groups of six or more wishing to simply visit us for a tasting, please do call or email to make a reservation. Since we offer an intimate experience or both tours and tastings, we cannot promise that we are able to accommodate larger groups.
