The Distillerie des Marigots is the sea, oily calm or turbulent with sheep all the way out to sea, it’s the mountain, flourishing or desert and covered with lichen, it’s the forest, luminous thanks to the rays of the sun crossing its leafy canopy or dark under the spruce trees and the cedars, it is the river, limpid and salmon, it is the cultivated field, with its ears of golden grains which undulate under the effect of the wind or with its tasty fruits and vegetables, and it is also the one lying fallow, filled with smells and memories. It’s all that, bottled. We carefully work on the riches that the terroir offers so generously.
