Our microdistillery, located in the Bas-Richelieu region, is the culmination of an ambitious dream. We are three founders: Fernando Balthazard, Pascal Gervais and Stéphan Ruffo. Thanks to our determination and hard work, our project has finally come true. A fourth partner, Robert Paradis, joined the group.
Our knowledge in distillery was acquired through training courses in California and in the State of New York.
