Distillerie du St. Laurent

There are the sleepy corporate descriptions — and there is the unlikely story of the St. Laurent Distillery. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you the real origins of our adventure, since we want to keep our criminal record clean. Suffice it to say, it all started with “testing” in a basement in Rimouski, where two hard-headed friends defied convention and drew inspiration from their terroir to passionately create distinctive spirits.
