The Brewers Collective started out as a home brew club sometime in 2007. In 2015 we celebrated our first commercial wholesale launch. Fast forward to March of 2017, we are now officially open for business in our Bay Shore Farm brewery. Tasting room hours are Fridays, 5-9pm and Saturdays 1-9pm. Welcome to Destination Unknown Beer Company! Opening in June of 2015, DUBCO began as a small 1 BBL Brewery on the border of Bay Shore and Islip.
