Springfield Manor is the first distillery in Frederick County. THey have Christened their still with the name Isabella – in honor of the name fondly given to the great Catoctin Iron Furnace. The distillery has begun producing Eau de Vie, Grappa production from their own pressed grape skins is under way. Future plans include Gin & Vodka. Read more...
