“After many years of experience serving the wine sector within the Saint Arnould Group, a new activity would perfect our knowledge of the world of Beverage by buying the Artesian Brewery – renamed since Brewery of Saint-Omer.
The Brasserie de Saint-Omer is born of a passion, the passion to innovate, to create beer qualities with a base of simple and healthy raw materials. The mix of flavors developed by these materials, such as hops and malts, allows us to create recipes that are identical to those of great chefs.
My goal today is to share with you this passion and allow you to discover all the stages of the manufacturing of our beers from the Brewing to the packaging, Beers that you will enjoy to enjoy with family and friends.
Fine beers from the North, simple, sweet and thirst-quenching, brewed in the purest tradition of our local spirit, to the brews of our specials for which we have pleasure to select for your palate the best caramel malts, up to our qualities of abbey beers, brewed under license from Abbey, where our Master Brewer concocts a quality on a base of Pur Malt.
It is an honor for me to welcome you today in our Brasserie combining tradition and modernity. I want to involve the 160 Collaborators who participate every day with their skills to make our Brassiere Dream a continuation of our future projects, and thank my son, Géry Pourbaix, who has agreed to join our team to ensure the durability of the Company. “
