We mainly obtain the fruits for our distillates from our own cultivation. These include typical local varieties such as Williams pears, cherries, mirabelle plums, plums, various types of plums, cibars and apples.
The fruit is distilled into fine spirits in copper stills. We attach great importance to gentle processing and careful distillation. In order to achieve the best results, sensitivity and experience are very important, which we pass on across generations.
