Brennerei Gruel - Tecker Whisky Destillerie

TECKER Swabian Whiskey is an individual among whiskeys with its own character. It was born from an idea in Scotland in 1979 by Christian and Irma Gruel. After a second visit to the land of traditional whiskey, production was decided. The raw materials selected are wheat and barley malt. The wheat is produced specifically on our own fields using an organic process. Mashed, fermented and distilled in the distillery with a raw spirit device and a column attached to the side. This high-proof distillate is stored in oak barrels. (Swabian oak, bourbon barrel, red wine barrel, cognac barrel, sweet wine barrel, port wine barrel, sherry barrel)
