In the middle of the green, on the banks of the River Tauber and directly on the “Romantic Road”, there is a small village: the Disoburg district of Tauberbischofsheim. Here, as the name suggests, is the Distelhäuser brewery. Since 1876, the brewery has been owned by the Bauer family.
