Gasthaus-Brauerei Ambräusianum

Very young and yet already an old hand Bamberg’s brewery is an integral part of the world cultural heritage. Since 2004, Bamberg has had a new attraction with the Ambräusianum: a real brewery. Ambros Michael Mahr and his wife Heike Görmann fought very successfully through the first few years, which experience shows are always the hardest, and have established themselves in the heart of Bamberg.
