For over 550 years, it has been our tradition and passion to brew fine, tasty beers from the best raw materials in Bavaria. For many generations, recipes have been written down, developed further and adapted to the spirit of the times – carefully and always with a view to doing justice to the real taste of our Eck brewery and taking into account the tradition of good beer.
Fine malts from the malt master from the Müller malt factory in Schierling, the finest hops from Hallertau, our purest brewing water from our own springs and of course the skill and ability of Gerd Schönberger give our beers that special taste that our guests love so much.
Yes, we brew according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, our beers have always been craft beers, handmade. From mashing to bottling, everything is still done by hand. Our beers are stored for up to 12 weeks in underground, naturally cooled storage cellars before they delight your palate. And you can taste it!
