Our brewery was founded in 1754 under the name “Schiller”. A rock cellar just outside Ampferbach has also been part of our property since 1825. Our cellar beer is still stored in this rock cellar today and is served fresh from the tank for our guests “on the cellar”.
In the fifth generation, our beers are brewed according to old traditions in our brewhouse and then stored for up to 8 weeks.
In summer you can enjoy a Franconian snack and a fresh cellar beer in our cellar.
In the winter months you can look forward to carp specialties and our crispy chicken in the restaurant.
