Beer specialties have been made here in the Schlossbrauerei Irlbach for more than 500 years
brewed of the highest quality. Our brewery is one of the oldest breweries in old Bavaria. Today we see ourselves as committed to this tradition more than ever, since the brewing of beer is one of our most important Bavarian cultural assets. Irlbacher beers, whether light beers, wheat beers or other beer specialties, are still brewed in a very artisanal and traditional way, especially in today’s fast-paced world. With the best grain from our beloved home Gäuboden – the granary of Bavaria -, famous hops from Tettnang and the purest water from our own deep well.
Our beers are not only a byword for quality and maximum beer enjoyment, but also for pure joie de vivre. Whether at home, in the beer garden or, like every year, at the Gäuboden folk festival. And that fills our master brewers with pride.
