Our private brewery in the 300-person community of Jochsberg, a district of the Altmühlstadt Leutershausen, has existed since 1663. We have been brewing our beers here for over 350 years. Our family business strictly ensures that the beers we produce are brewed in accordance with the oldest food law in the world that is still valid today, the Purity Law of 1516.
The guarantee for the high quality of our beers is ultimately due to these factors: local spring water, which we obtain exclusively from our own deep well, the best malt from regional sources and the finest hops from the Hallertau.
