It started in a small farmhouse with brewing rights. Although the story has little to tell, because in a small town hardly a chronicle was kept, on the other hand in a fire in the brewery many documents were destroyed. One thing is known, however, that even in Neundorf, as everywhere else in Germany, beer was brewed by those who were in possession of a brewing right.
