NEUMARK GLOSSNERBRÄU, the story of one of the oldest Braufamilien. From simple beginnings as Kommunbrauer a highly technical and versatile brewery was born. This development was made possible above all by the cohesion and the “working together” of all family members – over generations. Personal strokes of fate, wars and economic crises were passed through and overcome together, conditions not only for the present, but also for the future generations worked out. The tradition of brewing, firmly rooted in Bavaria, is still firmly rooted in the NEUMARKTER GLOSSNERBRÄU family tradition since 1574.
An assortment with more than 30 varieties of conventionally and ecologically produced beers is still available today in the finest quality. Master brewer Franz Xaver Gloßner, who manages the heritage of the brewing family Gloßner in the 14th generation, is proud that 3 of his children actively represent the NEUMARKTER GLOSSNERBRÄU in the company. He is pleased about the next generation, as his son Gloßner Michael was appointed as managing director in the context of the renaming at the end of 2014 and now represents the management together with his father.
