we, felix and susa, opened our own brewery together in 2017 – orca brau was born. since then we have been brewing a wide variety of beer types and styles in our own brewery in the north of nuremberg.
we want to promote beer culture in all its diversity and drive it forward. standstill and monotony bore us – you too?
then join us on a journey around the world of taste.
in our own 10hl brewing system, we create classic, traditional types such as our “frankish country beer” with historical brewing barley, modern styles such as the “wanderlust pale ale” and experimental styles with fruit, spices, various yeasts, malts, hops and a wide variety of production methods.
we want to show you how multifaceted and interesting our favorite drink can be. get involved, stay curious and try it out. we promise you, there will be something for you too.
