Gasthofbrauerei Schloss Königs Wusterhausen
Welcome to the Königs Wusterhausen palace complex. Königs Wusterhausen was the favorite palace of the Prussian King Frederick William I, the father of Frederick the Great. The Prussian Palace and Gardens Foundation has lovingly restored the palace. It houses the palace museum, surrounded by a park. In front of it is the courtyard of honor, which is framed by the two cavalier houses, which housed the king’s guests in the early 18th century. Today, the listed palace complex is a cultural tourist magnet in the southeast of Berlin with a popular palace café and numerous private and public events.
The palace and cavalier houses are easy to reach from Berlin in half an hour by train or car. Both Berliners and the 60,000 residents of the surrounding area like to come here to listen to concerts, readings and lectures or to celebrate company events or private parties, especially weddings, in the historic ballroom.
