Step into our Baltic Sea brewery and enjoy one of our tasty beer specialties. We would be happy to serve you our brewery delicacies. Our brewery offers you 270 seats at 50 tables. Make yourself comfortable in our guest room, at the bar or in the cozy corners in the brewery.

Our winter garden, whose windows provide a direct view of the Kühlungsborn promenade, is also very popular. Enjoy the first rays of sunshine in spring when we open our doors to our beer garden directly on Strandstrasse.

In addition to the popular homemade schnitzels, you will also find light, freshly prepared dishes such as turkey steak marinated in beer mustard marinade or our fresh salads. However, a crispy, juicy pork knuckle is a must in any brewery.
