In a nationwide comparison, we are one of the fine craft breweries that have been privately run since their founding in 1845, contrary to the trend towards globalization. We are a team of 26 experienced and passionate people who bring the taste of our region into the bottle. For us, pride and honor are not hackneyed phrases, but emotional motivations to produce around 50,000 hectoliters of craft beer for our customers every year. We brew our products without artificial frills. Carefully selected raw materials, pure brewing water, artisan brewing and short transport routes guarantee a particularly fresh taste experience. By the way: Our Pilsener is not pasteurized.
