Welcome to Rheinhessen-Bräu, the family brewery from Mainz-Ebersheim.
We, Christian, Matthias and Peter Karl, run a mixed business in Rhine-Hesse: agriculture, viticulture and brewery. What’s special about us is that malting barley cultivation and beer production come from a single source – from the stalk to the glass, so to speak.
Together with our team, our delicious Rheinhessen-Bräu is created!
The brewing results are unfiltered, naturally cloudy beers that contain no preservatives and are not heat-treated. Valuable ingredients such as yeasts, minerals and vitamins are retained and give our beer its exceptional taste.
And of course all Rheinhessen-Bräu beers are brewed according to the German Purity Law of 1516.
