Avadis Distillery
The Vallendar family has been distilling fruit brandies at the highest level for several generations. On the estate founded in Wincheringen-Bilzingen in 1824, which is located on a ridge between the Moselle and Saar wine-growing regions in the France-Luxembourg-Germany border triangle, the master distiller Andreas is aware of modern shuttered distillery tradition and innovation. This is the only way to create fires of the best quality.
By prior arrangement, we are also happy to offer guided tastings with a tour of our distillery to introduce you to our products. We serve exclusive organic products from the region for you to try for two to three hours. A naturally ripened farm salami or a white mold cheese “from the farm next door” round off the gourmet experience perfectly.
