Bach’s beers are untreated and therefore differ significantly from industrial beers, which are usually thermally treated and/or artificially filtered.
We reject preservation methods that “kill” the beer or all yeasts in order to achieve a long best-before date.
Treatment with heat significantly affects the aroma and body of a beer. We therefore leave our beers untreated so that they have a short shelf life, but offer an authentic taste and full aroma. With this in mind, we brew classic varieties such as Pils, Hell and Bock.
Through handcrafted production and delivery in a closed cold chain, we help the classics regain their shine.
The range is supplemented by international, hoppy beer styles. For these we work with aromatic hops, which we introduce using cold hopping. Our craft beer line shows what hops can do when left alone.
Bach’s Cosmic Lager uses 4 types of hops and ensures a relaxed, fresh, fruity taste experience.
The connoisseur can expect a concentrated load of hops in the Bulldozer IPA. Eight hop varieties – including Citra, Cascade and Chinook – give the beer hoppy, tropical notes and a special complexity.
Fresh logistics ensure that the hop notes – which evaporate quickly at temperatures above 10°C – are protected in the best possible way. The closed cold chain serves as a “taste safe”: the beer comes to you fresh, with full hop aroma.
