Our small distillery is located directly at the Schnellmarker Gehölz forest and just a few minutes’ walk from the forest-lined cliffs of Eckernförde Bay. And a visit to us at the end of the tour makes the trip perfect.

Our fascination with the diverse aromas of fruits and herbs from nature, the gardens, and orchards of the surrounding area was one of the reasons for establishing our small distillery. Preserving the diversity of native natural and cultivated plants typical of the landscape is important to us.

We process the fruits and herbs with care and creativity into distillates such as whiskey, gin, and aquavit, or occasionally even liqueurs. Whether it’s a long-aged, freshly bottled distillate or a seasonally produced liqueur, everything requires specific treatment, and we get it.
