For 30 years now, we have been brewing our Kiel beer with a passion for our craft and our product, naturally following the German Purity Law and using quality Kiel water. To complement our dishes, we serve fresh, regional and seasonal dishes, hearty classics, and our own specialties in our restaurant. Through the integrated brewing kettles and large glass windows in the brewery cellar, you can always see the creation process of our beers from the restaurant. Both the red, drinkable Kiel Original and the tart, pale Pilsner, as well as the seasonally changing specialty beer, are brewed with care and skill by our master brewer several times a week. All beers are always available fresh from the tap.
