Where our first brewing system stood in 1996, there is now a decorative still with a three-stage fine spirits column.
Special wines have been produced in the paper mill for several years.
Some of the crystal-clear distillates mature for several years in oak barrels to create Jena single malt whiskey for discerning connoisseurs.
