In the brewery’s cozy restaurant you can dine on delicious regional Thuringian specialties right next to the brewing kettles. Beer is still brewed here according to old craftsmanship: the Reichsstädtisches Pilsener and the Apotheker Dunkel using bottom-fermented brewing methods, as well as seasonal beers such as the popular blackberry beer, copper beer and plum beer. You can have a medieval feast in the rustic vaulted cellar and in summer it is beer garden time. Occasionally there is live music or comedy.
