Adinco Distillery is a family-owned boutique distillery in Goa, India. Adinco has a presence in India, United States, Canada, Russia, Sierra Leone and are on the verge of entering Bhutan and Mainland China.

They started, as many distilleries in GOA, with the production of Feni. Though today they offer a variety of products.

Feni (sometimes spelled fenny or fenim) is a spirit produced exclusively in Goa, India. It is made from cheshew or toddy palm. It is classified as a “country liquor”, and is therefore not allowed to be sold outside the state of Goa. The word feni is derived from the Sanskrit word phena (for “froth”) due to the bubbles when the liquor is shaken.
