Superking Distillery was founded in 1997 by Mr. Satchit Arjun Kavlekar in the village of Pilerne, Bardez taluka, District North Goa. Cashew and coconut feni produced in Goa by Superking Distillery along with a variety of premium country liquors.

Feni (or fenny, fenim) is a spirit produced exclusively from cheshew or toddy palm. It is classified as a “country liquor”, and is therefore not allowed to be sold outside the state of Goa where it origins. The word feni is derived from the Sanskrit word phena (for “froth”) due to the bubbles when the liquor is shaken.
