Being farmers first and then loving their own work, their land and the territory in which they work, putting the same care and love that pours into brewery production in all its agricultural products.
The Birrificio la Gramigna was born in 2016 at Casa del Diavolo, a small village in the Tiberina valley in the province of Perugia. It operates by two boys joined by friendship and a strong passion for beer and agriculture.
Since 2013, first experiences such as Homebrewing with a 50 liter self-contained plant have allowed us to experiment and test processes and raw materials such as water, malt, hops and yeast.
The union of the agricultural world with that brewery has allowed us to create a product linked to our territory by ensuring traceability.
The experience gained for years in the production of Polystyrene Barzo has stimulated us to grow barley beer and experimentation of the first European and American varieties of hops that have adapted to our climate.
We have restructured an old workshop on the farm and turned it into a beer brewery with direct sales and tasting.
The passion and dedication with which we produce our beer aims to create consumer awareness about tasting and production of what it is drinking.
