Dos Aves is a Mexican brewery, originally from San Miguel de Allende Guanajuato, 100% concerned with offering beers of the highest quality, with the best quality of inputs available on the market, producing 6 line styles, Turaca (Session IPA) , Pico Zapato (Pale Ale), Garra Daga (Imperial Stout), Arpía (Imperial IPA), Lechuza (Viena) and Carraca (Mexican Pilsner). Founded in 2012, we are the first craft brewery in San Miguel de Allende; achieving several national and international awards by taking care of every aspect in the production processes, focusing on a process of continuous improvement to maintain the quality and consistency of our products.
